You can export the forms to your cloud and view them on your Mac or PC. Very secure and it will save you a TON on paper, ink, and studio space (no filing cabinets)!

Offline Functionality: Off-the-grid legal protection

No Wi-Fi or 4G signal? No problem. Our apps live on your iPad (unlike web apps), so you won’t need a browser and a signal to generate release forms. When you get back online, open Release Form Apps to upload the forms you took on the road. You’ll see them in your cloud in just a few minutes.

Cloud Magic: Forms are stored off-site, searchable, & secure

Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Box are all supported and quickly linked from within our app. You can find every form, any form, anytime from anywhere in the world by searching your linked cloud. Also, generated waivers need about 1GB of your cloud to store 20,000 forms. Savings!

Protecting your clients: Personal info LOCKDOWN

You keep your old paper waivers in a vault, right? Right. Our apps protect all your client information and the data is encrypted using the latest security technologies. Think digital vault. This is a big deal. Both the client database in your iPad and the file you back up to the cloud stay locked down with wicked tumbling encryption schemes.

Support for Minors and Guardians

The minor completes the form, the artist confirms the family connection. Release Form App will alert you with a popup if the client indicates that they are under age 18, requiring the typed name and signature of the guardian, and photo of guardian ID. Using the iPad camera, one quickly adds these necessary documents to the waiver.

Set RFA to present a pre-session pop-up message–or entire document–to your clients. Customize with any social, sales, health or legal info you want them to know before they begin.

Client-Driven App-Guided Artist-Liberating Functionality

Client-driven. App-guided:

Give the iPad to your client and the app guides their every move. It teaches them how the app works, how you are securing their vital data and it guides them with instruction along the way. They will ‘photocopy’ their ID by taking a photo of it with the front-facing or rear facing iPad camera. They will move through five simple tabs of information. They can move back and forth easily and manage their own changes. They can tap the “?” button for help on any screen. In the end, they will sign with a finger and will be prompted to call on the artist.

Artist-liberating functionality:

Next, the artist takes the iPad, keys in his/her security code for access to the Artists Notes Pane. You will enter pre/post session notes (and other goodies required by the local health code) and then sign with a finger and hit UPLOAD. Viola.

Artist’s Notes Pane

This is a constantly evolving feature of our apps, specific to the body art industry. The artist or piercer previews the info entered by the client and is alerted to any YES responses entered by clients. Next, the artist or piercer clicks through a series of dropdown menus and text fields, adding the gear they used and notes as needed. This can happen before, during or after a session, in case the gear changes, as the art so often does. A popup will remind the artist that they can skip all notes and just sign the waiver and upload it if the studio allows.

Suspension: customize by adding your description
Additional Notes Section: enter anything you wish in open text format. And when a return client uses PRF quick-resubmit feature, you can change notes on that new waiver as well.
Jewelry Selection List: Gauge, Material, Size, Type, Gem/Ball size, Gem setting, Gem color, Manufacturer (preloaded with top gear and jewelry with more on the way!)
