What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information –

The Application obtains the following client information that is typical to any cosmetic tattoo release form.

• Name

• Birthday

• Age

• Address

• Contact information

• Emergency contact information

  • Phone Number

• Gender

• Piercing description

• Location of piercing

• Health information

• Legal agreements

• Image capture of provided identification card

The Application will access the device’s camera roll if the user wishes to provide a studio logo. The Application will obtain the following studio information:

• List of studio specialists

• Studio phone number

• Studio website URL

• Studio email address

• List of local or state health codes

• Login information for any of the enabled cloud services

  • Google Drive

  • SkyDrive

Automatically Collected Information –

The Application does not automatically collect any information from the device.

How is your Google User Data used?

No Google User data is stored in the app. The app uses Google for sending emails and storing generated waivers onto your drive. Certain features may request a list of files from the app’s Google Drive folder.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. We will not share your information or the information collected with third parties.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

This Application is not supported via advertising and does not collect data to serve ads. The client is provided the option to opt-in to the studio’s marketing. Voluta Tattoo Digital is not responsible for the studio’s advertising policies. The only client information provided to the studio’s advertising mechanism is the client’s email address if he/she affords consent.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

The Application will retain the client’s User Provided data for as long as you use the Application.  It is the responsibility of the studio to address any client who wishes to remove retained User Provided data.  Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly, and the studio may be required to retain certain information by law.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at . We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information as well as the client’s User Provided Data. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we provide encryption of User Provided Data and do not store unnecessary client information. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes
